  • Residency Training in Pediatric Hematology and Oncology
  •      Pediatric hematology and oncology specialties need a comprehensive training program, as the disease is one of the major health problems in Thailand, and the number of pediatric oncologists is limited. In 2014, the Faculty of Medicine, Prince of Songkla University offered a sub-specialty board training in Pediatric Hematology and Oncology to serve the needs of pediatric oncologists in Southern Thailand.

  • Educational objectives


         Physicians, who graduate with this diploma program will be able to:
      • Diagnose and treat pediatric hematologic and oncologic diseases
      • Receive consultation on pediatric hematology and oncology from general physicians, or pediatricians
      • Perform research, and then apply such knowledge to pediatric hematology & oncology advanced treatments.
